The Revital Group

Work shouldn’t be this hard.

We help growing organizations make sense of the work behind the work—so ideas move forward, people know what happens next, and progress does not depend on someone holding everything together.

Who We Are

We help organizations move from good intentions to work that actually moves.

The Revital Group is an operations consulting firm for businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community-focused organizations.

We step in when the vision is clear, but the path forward is not. When work lives in too many places. When everyone is busy, but the important things still stall. When the organization has outgrown the way it currently operates.

We follow the work, listen to the people doing it, and help build a clearer way forward.

We don’t diagnose people. We diagnose work.
What We Believe

How we think shapes how we work.

Work shouldn’t be this hard.

We don’t diagnose people. We diagnose work.

Clarity creates capacity.

Every workaround has a cost.

Great systems create great handoffs.

You can’t delegate what you can’t communicate.

Don’t fall in love with the solution. Stay committed to the outcome.

What we build is the starting line—not the finish line.

What We Do

We make the way work gets done clearer, easier, and more dependable.

Our work sits where strategy, operations, and technology meet. We help you understand what is really happening, decide what needs to change, and put the right support in place.

01

Find the friction

We look at where work slows down, gets repeated, gets lost, or depends too heavily on one person.

02

Clarify the work

We help define what needs to happen, who owns it, what the handoffs look like, and what “done” actually means.

03

Build what is missing

That may include a workflow, a connected tool, a dashboard, an intake process, a playbook, or hands-on operational support.

04

Stay close to the work

We refine as the organization learns, grows, and changes—because the first version should create momentum, not become another rigid system.

What We Offer

Support shaped around where you are and what the work needs.

Some organizations need clarity before they make another decision. Others already know what needs to happen and need experienced hands to help move it forward.

Focused Engagement

Friction Finder

A focused working session to understand what is getting in the way, uncover the real issue, and map a clearer path forward.

Flexible Support

Runway Hours

Prepaid access to experienced strategy, operations, and technology support—without adding headcount or starting a long consulting engagement.

Built for the Need

Custom Engagements

For larger operational challenges, cross-functional work, technology builds, or ongoing support that needs a more tailored approach.

Speaking + Workshops

Practical Learning

Workshops and conversations that help leaders see work differently, make clearer decisions, and turn ideas into movement.

Is This for You?

You may be in the right place if…

Your organization has grown, but the way work gets done has not grown with it.

Important work depends on one person remembering, translating, or chasing everything down.

You keep buying tools, hiring vendors, or adding steps—but the work still feels harder than it should.

You know what you want to do, but need help getting it out of your head and into motion.

You want thoughtful, hands-on support—not more theory, templates, or advice you have to figure out alone.

Meet the Founder

Jasmine Easter

Jasmine has spent her career seeing what others miss in the way work moves. From her first role—where she replaced sticky-note lead tracking with a shared workflow—to improving operations for Fortune 500 companies, schools, nonprofits, and growing businesses, she has always been drawn to the work behind the work.

She founded The Revital Group to close the gap between knowing what needs to happen and actually getting it done. Her approach is thoughtful, practical, and rooted in a simple belief: good people should not have to fight bad systems to do meaningful work.

Follow the work. Follow the handoffs. Find the friction.
