The Revital Group is an operations and systems studio that helps schools, nonprofits, and small businesses run smarter.

Our Story
I’m Jasmine Easter — a parent, business strategist, and operational systems expert. I’ve spent my career helping organizations build the internal structure they need to deliver on the promises they make to the people they serve.
I work across three worlds that all share the same problem:
